Still within a farm, the main building, the “old house”, was the home of the sharecropper and his large family. It is located in the intensely cultivated valley of the Aso River, 5 kilometers from the Adriatic Sea.
The accommodation is offered in rooms with private bathroom and television and in apartments with various characteristics, studios, two-room and three-room apartments.
The restaurant is run by the members of the family, and proposes the traditional local cooking.
A swimming pool, a bowling green, a table tennis and some bicycles are at the guests' disposal.
It's possible to buy some farm produce: jams, preserves, honey, wine, olive oil, liqueurs, fruit and vegetables.
