It’s situated on a hillside, 16 kilometres far from the Adriatic resort Porto San Giorgio, inside a park surrounded by fields.
Two typical farmhouses had been restored preserving the original shapes. There are ten comfortable apartments (4 three-roomed, 2 two-roomed and 4 one-roomed) and various common areas and services for the guests.
All the apartments are air conditioned and have a well equipped kitchen.
The park of "Verde Benessere" offers various opportunities and services like jogging, swimming pool with hydromassage and solarium, green areas for sports, barbecue.
