The “Agency” subscription, in addition to the benefits associated with the Agriturismo-Marche.it membership, allows you to have a 360° digital consultant at your disposal for your facility’s needs. Between social campaigns, website, email, telematics portals, OTAs and everything else, it is easy to get lost in the maze of the digital world and, usually, agencies and media tools, involve large investments and time to devote. This mode allows you to adopt a real digital consultant as your “personal agency,” at a reasonable cost but with a comprehensive and focused approach.

Why?

You may have already read about my background on the about us page or in my resume, but anyway, in more than two decades of experience in the world of communications, I have found that learning, does not necessarily mean acquiring skills and, delegating one’s gaps is the best way to fill them.

That is why I make my skills available (supported by other freelancers), in order to give effective and constant operational support to facilities that need it.

Because the needs of the tourism world are homogeneous and allow a practical and sustainable model to be applied, but skills are necessary. With the “agency” subscription to Agriturismo Marche, you’ll have the skills and expertise to improve your profiles, the day-to-day management of your facility and your all-around digital properties.

Here is what it includes in detail:

  • Complete structure sheet with contact information and direct contact form
  • Ability to publish unlimited special offers
  • Translation into four languages (English, French, German, Dutch)
  • Promotion of the structure card via social media and newsletters
  • Extra visibility on the homepage and featured in other areas of the site
  • Promotional credit dedicated to the promotion of the facility’s tab on Google paid channels (Google ADS) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram ADS)

An analysis of your facility’s online communication channels (if any) will be performed, including:

  • Basic website and SEO: general analysis of the existing website to assess its ranking, main and potential keywords;
  • Social profiles: analysis of Facebook and Instagram profiles, how they interact and post to define points for improvement;
  • Booking channels: analysis of booking modes and methods
  • Email marketing
  • Adv campaigns and any other communication activities
  • Printed and offline communication materials

Delivery within 7-10 days after the start of the activity.

Management of the facility’s (existing) website or development from scratch based on WordPress platform;

Includes:

  • Management of the existing website (based on almost any type of CMS or technology), with changes to content, pages, images, news, and more, depending on what is prepared by the existing site;

Or:

  • Development from scratch of a website using WordPress technology – including production of 10 structure pages including homepage, contacts, rates, gallery, blog/news and service pages – hosting costs and any premium digital solutions excluded;
  • Section dedicated to selling special offers or company products, with integration to major payment services (credit cards, paypal, etc.)
  • Possibility of creation and connection booking engine (for online reservation management) – costs of digital solutions excluded;

Delivery time, in case of new website development, within 20-30 days from the collection of the necessary material for development (texts, images, videos, rates, etc.). Additional timeframe in case of adoption of a booking engine or PMS, depending on the digital solution chosen.

Activation and management of customized advertising campaigns based on the facility’s goals, on social channels (Facebook and Instagram) or Google;

Includes:

  • Defining the campaign and mode of offering (e.g., discounts, periods, giveaways, experiences, etc.)
  • Production of any graphic elements to support campaigns, with production within reasonable limits of quantity and type and with content (photos and videos) provided by the facility owner
  • Activation and management of advertising channels, with payment method activated by the facility owner*
  • Essential reporting of campaign performance

Timing of campaign activation within 3-7 days after delivery of source material (photos/videos) or faster for search campaigns (Google)

 

*The advertising channel is the platform where campaigns are activated and managed on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google. It is possible to securely share your platform (including payment methods) with the tools provided by Google and Meta themselves. The advertising budget (i.e., the actual investment) is borne by the structure and definable in all its aspects (limits and minimums), starting from an investment of a few cents per day, up to large figures. Fundamental step to be activated in the stages of defining campaigns.

Setup and management of online communication via email marketing (newsletters), promotional dems, digital signatures, and email communication activities.

May include:

  • Managing the existing email marketing system
  • Configuration of an ex novo solution of an email marketing system (such as Mailchimp and Hubspot) and content/campaign management, with creation of customized templates, emails, campaigns or marketing automation flows – additional fees may apply from the chosen system – within reasonable limits of campaigns to be produced and no more than 1 new campaign per month
  • Setup of integrations with the website or other management systems

One of the great advantages of the digital world, is that you can “easily” measure the results of your activities. Tools such as Google Analytics or other traffic tracking systems, booking or sales statistics, analysis on reviews and many other relevant data, hide information and secrets about the performance of our activities and those of users (this is also why attention to online privacy is so important). A well-rounded digital consultancy, would not be complete without proper support in reading, properly configuring and most importantly, interpreting the data that is collected online (but also offline). This chapter may include:

  • Configuration with online traffic tracking systems (Google Analytics) or other free traffic analysis tools (such as Clarity, a tool for viewing user behavior on your website)
  • Construction of a model for collecting information from reservations or reading and interpreting statistical data from reservations made
  • Detailed analysis and reports on direct sales and reservations, with the aim of identifying optimization points for key values such as ROI (return on investment) and RevPAR (revenue per available room)
  • Creation of simplified dashboards for real-time monitoring of key indicators (KPIs) of traffic and conversions
  • Other types of data analysis, such as general review sentiment reports, social analysis, or other communication activities

Operational and strategic support in managing online communication activities and more generally, facility management and performance. Make the most of my advice on, market strategies, data analysis, digital tools, AI and more, to enrich your facility’s online experience; May include:

  • Customized social strategies and rubrics to pitch to clients and other travelers
  • Structure management efficiency systems (such as integrations with ISTAT and State Police institutional portals)
  • Calculation of price patterns and seasonality
  • Strategic support (moral and practical) in the operational management of the facility in general
  • Identification of market strategies or new tools to improve the facility’s offerings

A model of responsible collaboration applies here as well. Since this is material subject to personal judgment in terms of style or quality, the number of activities and rework is limited in the reasonable range.

Will it be enough?
