It’s situated on a hillside viewing fields under crop. The Porto San Giorgio beach is six minutes away by car and the town of Fermo is a few kilometres far. The landscape ranges from the sea to the mountains.
There are various apartments with different characteristics, sleeping from two to six.
Every apartment has independent heating and air conditioning, sheets and towels, a well equipped kitchen, satellite TV and safe.
The price includes swimming pool, water, electricity, gas, heating and air conditioning, the use of a fully equipped barbecue and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The bed linen and towels are provided on request at € 10,00 per person and at every change, or they can be brought from home.
Pets are allowed provided they are small or medium size.
