It is located on a panoramic hill, in front of the massif of Monte Nerone and the river Candigliano valley, within a large organic farm, surrounded by meadows and woods.
The farm Ca’ Licozzo is part of the organic farm Catani Sonia, 70 hectares of woods, meadows, pastures and farmland for feeding their livestock (cattle, sheep and pigs).
The renovated farmhouse offers 5 independent apartments of different sizes (the largest can accommodate up to 8 people) and two one-roomed and independent apartments, for a total of 25 beds.
The apartments have two or three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. In the apartment called “Tulipano” there is also a lounge with fireplace and a spacious hall. The one-roomed apartments, which can accommodate up to three people, have bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.
The furnishings is rustic, and makes use also of antique furniture.
