Description

It’s placed in panoramic position in the Metauro valley, in the open country, but close enough to the clearway that goes from Fano to Rome to easily reach the Adriatic Sea and important resorts of the region.

Accommodation is offered in five apartments tastefully furnished, with TV, video cassette recorder, safe and cooking area with microwave oven.

Suitable for everyone, a stay at “La Valle del Sole” is particularly suitable for those who like services and sports facilities such as a training track, swimming pool with Jacuzzi, tennis, five-a-side football, mountain bikes, gym and children’s playground.

Activities and surroundings

Many are the sports facilities and services, like training path, swimming pool with Jacuzzi hydromassage, tennis court, five-a-side football ground, mountain bikes, gym and playground for children.

In the surrounding area there are many holiday farms serving the typical local cooking, based on truffle, too. The nearest riding ground is 2 kilometres away. A supermarket is in the centre of Sant'Ippolito, just 500 metres far. A big shopping centre is 10 kilometres away.

The structure is able to accommodate celebrations such as weddings, baptisms, first communions, confirmations and other events, with a maximum of 150 guests, at whose disposal there is also a large park with palm trees and tall trees, a swimming pool with a whirlpool area and a small pond.
